XingHelper is no longer active; website and app are offline. If you were looking for XingHelper to message a candidate list, this is your tool: ZingBot pulls the list from TalentManager, sends the message and follow-ups in your own XING account and stops as soon as someone replies. The first 7 days are free.
What stays, what goes
XingHelper was a suite: scraping, CSV export, posting, networking and messages. ZingBot does the part recruiters needed, the outreach, and does it better: list from TalentManager instead of scraping, follow-ups that stop on reply, no double contact within the team. Scraping, export and posting are not part of ZingBot; nothing leaves XING, and nobody has to justify CSV files of profile data.
What you get
- The list comes from TalentManager. Paste the URL of the search or the project, done. Without a TalentManager licence you use the standard XING import.
- Write the message and follow-ups once. With salutation, title and last name as placeholders. ZingBot works the list inside your own XING account.
- Stop on reply. Whoever replies gets no further follow-up. In the end you only talk to the people who answered.
- No double contact within the team. At import you skip profiles you or anyone on your team has already contacted.
Moved in ten minutes
Create an account, connect your XING account, import the list, keep your message texts, set up the follow-ups, start. The first 7 days cost nothing; after that 135 € a month per seat, one seat is one XING account. How the import looks is on Automate XING TalentManager; what it pays back, in the ROI calculator.
XING limits
ZingBot works in your real XING account, so XING’s limits and security checks for that account apply, as when clicking by hand. What that means day to day is in Is XING automation safe?
Questions about switching from XingHelper to ZingBot
Does XingHelper still exist?
No. XingHelper is no longer active; website and app are offline. Anyone who used it to message candidate lists gets that step with ZingBot.
What does ZingBot take over from XingHelper?
The part recruiters used: messages to a candidate list, with follow-ups and stop on reply, inside your own XING account. Plus the import straight from TalentManager and de-duplication against profiles your team already contacted.
What does ZingBot not do that XingHelper did?
Scraping, CSV export and posting. ZingBot reads no profiles and exports nothing. Anyone who used XING as a data source for exports needs another tool for that; anyone messaging candidates misses none of it.
How do I switch from XingHelper to ZingBot?
Create an account, connect your XING account, pull the list from TalentManager or through the standard XING import, keep your message texts, set up the follow-ups, start. The first 7 days cost nothing.
What does ZingBot cost?
ZingBot Pro is 135 € a month per seat, 405 € a quarter or 1,500 € a year; the first 7 days are free. One seat is one XING account.
Does ZingBot import from XING TalentManager?
Yes, from a search or a project in your own TalentManager. It needs a TalentManager licence in your XING account. Without one you use the standard XING import.
How do follow-ups work in ZingBot?
You write the first message and the follow-ups once, with salutation, title and last name as placeholders. ZingBot sends the sequence in your own XING account and ends it for every person who replies.
Does ZingBot prevent double contact within a team?
Yes. At import you skip profiles you or anyone on your team has already contacted, and profiles in running campaigns. You invite colleagues under Settings → Team.
Do XING's limits still apply with ZingBot?
Yes. ZingBot works in your own account, so XING's limits for contact requests and messages and XING's security checks apply. You answer a check yourself in XING; ZingBot does not get around it.
How much time does ZingBot save?
Up to 12 hours a week per employee when messaging and following up a list otherwise run by hand. That is a ceiling, not an average.
