ZingBot is the LinkedHelper, Dripify, Expandi or Lemlist for XING. The LinkedIn tools are mature, and they serve LinkedIn. With ZingBot your XING list gets the same mechanics, contact request, message, follow-ups, stop on reply, inside your own XING account. If you source for DACH roles, that is what you need, because the candidates sit in XING TalentManager.
What you get
The workflow you know from Dripify, Expandi, Waalaxy, LinkedHelper or Lemlist, in XING. You import a search or a project through the TalentManager import, or use the standard XING import, write the message and follow-ups once, with salutation, title and last name, and ZingBot works the list inside your own XING account. As soon as someone replies, the sequence stops for that person. That is the part no LinkedIn tool delivers: a project in TalentManager is reachable only from XING, and ZingBot fetches it from there.
What you give up
LinkedIn. ZingBot works only in XING; LinkedIn contacts, LinkedIn Recruiter and email sequences stay with the LinkedIn tools. If you source in both networks, you keep two lists in two tools, and that is normal: LinkedIn for international roles, XING for the DACH market.
LinkedHelper for XING
LinkedHelper automates LinkedIn, including LinkedIn Recruiter. XING does not appear in the product. If you are searching for “LinkedHelper for XING”, you are facing a platform question. If the candidate list lives in LinkedIn, a LinkedIn tool fits. If it lives in XING or in XING TalentManager, the tool has to work in XING. A similar message flow does not bridge the platform line.
Expandi for XING
Expandi is a LinkedIn tool: connection requests, messages and email follow-ups in one sequence, $99 a month or $79 on the annual plan, 7-day free trial. XING does not appear in the product, and its makers knew that themselves: for XING they built a separate tool, Zingler, also called Xingler. That one is no longer active; its domain xingler.io sends visitors back to Expandi. What your XING list gets instead is in the Zingler alternative.
LinkedIn is not XING
The two networks do not connect. A LinkedIn tool operates a LinkedIn account, and with it reaches no XING profile and no XING inbox. If the candidates you need to reach keep a XING profile, a LinkedIn tool cannot contact them there. The same holds for the sourcing products: LinkedIn has LinkedIn Recruiter, XING has XING TalentManager. A LinkedIn tool cannot fetch a TalentManager list, however good it is.
In 2025, Effixient called itself “the LinkedHelper / Dripify / Lemlist automation tool for XING”. The domain has been parked since October 2026; what ZingBot covers of that workflow is in the Effixient alternative.
Pricing
ZingBot Pro costs 135 € a month per seat, 405 € a quarter or 1,500 € a year. One seat is one XING account, and the first 7 days are free.
XING limits
XING has its own limits on contact requests and action rates, exactly as LinkedIn does. A tool working inside your own account is subject to them, ZingBot included. Anyone who promises you XING will not notice is selling you a risk, on LinkedIn as on XING. What the limits mean day to day is in our guide to safety. If you are assessing Dripify specifically, read the Dripify alternative for XING comparison.
Questions about LinkedIn tools and XING
Is there a LinkedHelper for XING?
No. LinkedHelper automates LinkedIn, including LinkedIn Recruiter; XING does not appear in the product. For a XING list you need a tool that works in XING, and that is ZingBot.
Does Dripify work with XING?
No. Dripify automates LinkedIn campaigns and email sequences. If you find candidates in XING TalentManager, it will not reach them. The detailed comparison is on our Dripify page.
Does Expandi work with XING?
No. Expandi automates LinkedIn and email; XING does not appear in the product. That is exactly why its makers built a separate tool for XING, Zingler, and that one is no longer active either. What a XING list gets today is on our Zingler page.
What about Waalaxy or Lemlist for XING?
Same answer: LinkedIn and email. A LinkedIn tool operates a LinkedIn account and reaches no XING profile and no XING inbox, however good it is.
Can I message my LinkedIn list on XING with ZingBot?
Not directly. ZingBot works with XING profiles: from a TalentManager search or project, or through the standard XING import. If you source in both networks, you keep two lists.
What is the XING counterpart to LinkedIn Recruiter?
XING TalentManager. Each is the sourcing product of its network. A project in TalentManager is reachable only from XING; ZingBot picks it up through the TalentManager import.
What does ZingBot do?
ZingBot works a candidate list inside your own XING account. You import the list, write the message and follow-ups once with salutation, title and last name, and ZingBot stops as soon as someone replies.
What does ZingBot cost?
ZingBot Pro costs 135 € a month per seat, 405 € a quarter or 1,500 € a year; the first 7 days are free. One seat is one XING account.
Do XING's limits still apply with ZingBot?
Yes. ZingBot works in your own account, so XING's limits on contact requests and messages and XING's security checks apply, just as LinkedIn's rules apply on LinkedIn. You answer a check yourself in XING.
Can I run a LinkedIn tool and ZingBot in parallel?
Yes, that is normal: LinkedIn for international roles, XING for DACH. Two tools, two inboxes, separate limits; nothing is merged between the networks.
Who needs which tool?
If your candidate list lives in LinkedIn, a LinkedIn tool fits. If it lives in XING or in TalentManager, ZingBot is built for it. The mechanics are the same, contact request, message, follow-ups, stop on reply; the integration decides.
