Automate XING TalentManager
Paste a TalentManager search or project, write the message once, done. ZingBot writes to every result, follows up, and stops as soon as someone replies. You deal with the interested ones, not with the sending.

How it works
- 1
Paste a search or project
Create a campaign, choose XING TalentManager as the source, paste the URL of your TalentManager search or project. ZingBot pulls the results into the campaign. Profiles already contacted can be skipped, even if someone else on your team wrote to them.
- 2
Write the message once
Subject, message and follow-ups with placeholders for salutation, first name, position and company. The preview shows what each person receives.
- 3
ZingBot works, you talk
Profile by profile, follow-up by follow-up, inside your own XING account. When someone replies, ZingBot stops for that person and you take over. The list keeps going.

What you need
The TalentManager import needs a TalentManager licence on your XING profile. That is XING's rule: licences are tied to a person and cannot be shared. XING prices it by company size and number of licences, paid yearly in advance on a twelve-month term.
| Core | 4,390 € a year | 200 messages to non-contacts a month |
|---|---|---|
| Pro | 5,690 € a year | unlimited messages, talent pools |
Open the XING price calculator
Without TalentManager you still have the standard XING import through the ZingBot browser extension.
XING limits
ZingBot runs in your real XING account, so XING's rules apply as they do when you click by hand: the message quota of your TalentManager package, the limit on open contact requests, the occasional security check. ZingBot lifts none of them. Which limit applies to which account, and what to do when requests stop, is in the guide.
FAQ
Do I need my own XING TalentManager?
For the TalentManager import, yes: the licence is tied to your XING profile, which is XING's rule. Without TalentManager you use the standard XING import through the browser extension.
Where does ZingBot get the candidates?
From a TalentManager search or a TalentManager project. You paste the URL into the campaign and ZingBot imports the results.
What happens when someone replies?
ZingBot stops for that person and you reply yourself. Everyone else on the list keeps receiving their message and follow-ups.
Will ZingBot write to someone twice?
Not unless you want it to: at import you can skip profiles you or anyone on your team has already contacted, and profiles that sit in running campaigns.
Do XING's limits still apply?
Yes. Your TalentManager package sets how many messages to non-contacts you may send a month (200 on Core, unlimited on Pro, according to XING), and XING's limit on open contact requests applies per account. ZingBot works within those rules.
Can my team use ZingBot together?
Yes. One seat is one XING account; you invite colleagues under Settings → Team and activate them. The filters for already-contacted profiles work team-wide.
What does it all cost?
ZingBot Pro is 135 € a month per seat, plus your TalentManager licence at XING's price. At how many saved hours that pays for itself is in our guide to XING TalentManager costs.
